Vidsmia Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026
Last Updated: September 1, 2026

GO LIVE DEAL INC ("GO LIVE DEAL," "we," "us," or "our") operates Vidsmia ("Vidsmia," the "App," or the "Service"), an application that allows users to create AI-generated videos from text prompts and selected generation settings.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it with service providers, how we retain it, and the choices available to you.

By using Vidsmia, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Vidsmia is operated by:

GO LIVE DEAL INC

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Vidsmia.

A. Account and Authentication Information

When you create or use a Vidsmia account, authentication and account-management information may be processed through our authentication provider, Clerk.

This may include:

  • Email address
  • Username or display name
  • Profile picture or avatar
  • Authentication and account identifiers
  • Information associated with an authentication provider such as Google or Apple, if you choose to use such a sign-in method
  • Authentication session information necessary to keep you signed in

We do not directly store your authentication password in our Vidsmia application database.

B. AI Generation Information

When you request an AI-generated video, we process the information necessary to create the video, including:

  • Your text prompt
  • Generation duration
  • Video aspect ratio
  • Generation quality/model selection
  • Other generation settings necessary to fulfill your request
  • Internal generation and job identifiers
  • The AI provider's request identifier
  • The resulting video URL

Text prompts submitted to Vidsmia may be stored in our application database as part of the generation history and may also be stored locally on your device for the App's history functionality.

Prompts and generation settings are sent to our AI infrastructure provider, fal.ai, so that the requested video can be generated.

C. Generated Videos

When a generation is completed, Vidsmia receives a video URL from its AI infrastructure provider and stores that URL with the associated generation record.

Video URLs provided by fal.ai are signed, time-limited links. The video files themselves are hosted by fal.ai. Vidsmia does not control the lifetime of fal.ai-hosted content.

If you save a generated video to your device, the video becomes part of the data controlled by your device and its operating system. Vidsmia cannot delete copies that you independently save to your device's photo or media library.

D. Subscription and Usage Information

If you use a paid Vidsmia plan, we process information necessary to manage your subscription and usage, including:

  • Subscription plan
  • Subscription status
  • Subscription period information
  • Generation limits
  • Unit/credit limits
  • Generation usage
  • Units used
  • Stripe customer identifier
  • Stripe subscription identifier
  • Relevant billing event information

Payment card and other payment-method details are handled by Stripe rather than being stored directly in Vidsmia's application database.

E. Technical and Security Information

When you use Vidsmia, our infrastructure and service providers may automatically process technical information associated with requests to the Service, such as:

  • IP address
  • HTTP request information
  • Device or browser information where provided by the platform
  • Error and diagnostic information
  • Request timestamps
  • Information necessary to secure, operate, and troubleshoot the Service

Our backend may also maintain server logs containing diagnostic information such as user identifiers, generation/job identifiers, errors, and, in some cases, information associated with generation requests.

F. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Vidsmia uses local device storage for certain application functionality.

Depending on your settings and use of the App, local storage may contain:

  • Video generation history
  • Generated video URLs
  • Thumbnail information
  • Auto-save preferences
  • History preferences
  • Onboarding state
  • Authentication/session information managed through the authentication system

You can clear applicable Vidsmia history through the App's available controls. Deleting your Vidsmia account also causes Vidsmia to clear its locally stored application data during the account-deletion process.

G. Photo and Media Library Access

Vidsmia may request permission to access your device's photo or media library when you choose to save generated videos.

We do not use your photo or media library to collect unrelated personal information or to provide advertising.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Based on the current version of Vidsmia, we do not intentionally collect the following merely for using the App:

  • Precise location information
  • Contacts
  • Calendar information
  • Biometric information
  • Camera content
  • Microphone recordings
  • Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising

Certain technical permissions may be included by the mobile platform or application framework without being used by Vidsmia for the purposes described above.

4. How We Use Information

We use information for purposes including:

Providing the Service

We use information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Authenticate you
  • Process video-generation requests
  • Generate and deliver AI-generated videos
  • Maintain generation history
  • Track usage and available generations/units
  • Provide paid subscription features
  • Process account and subscription changes
  • Save generated content when you request it

Security and Reliability

We may use information to:

  • Authenticate requests
  • Prevent unauthorized access
  • Detect abuse or misuse
  • Enforce generation limits
  • Prevent duplicate or accidental generation requests
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Recover or reconcile failed or incomplete generation jobs
  • Protect the Service and our users

Customer Support

We may use information you provide to respond to questions, requests, or support inquiries.

We may process information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law
  • Respond to lawful requests
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • Enforce our Terms
  • Protect the rights, property, safety, and security of GO LIVE DEAL INC, our users, or others
  • Complete legitimate corporate or business transactions

5. AI Processing

Vidsmia uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate videos.

When you submit a generation request, your prompt and relevant generation settings are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider, currently fal.ai, for processing.

Vidsmia does not operate its own AI model-training system using your prompts or generated videos.

Third-party AI providers may process information according to their applicable agreements, policies, and data-processing terms. fal.ai's current terms distinguish customer inputs and outputs from usage data and explain that AI outputs may not be unique and may contain errors.

Note: You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information, confidential information, passwords, financial information, or other information that you do not want processed by an AI-generation service.

6. Service Providers and Third Parties

We use selected third-party providers to operate Vidsmia.

  • Clerk: We use Clerk for authentication and user management. Clerk may process account and authentication information necessary to provide those services. Clerk's current privacy policy explains that retention may continue for as long as necessary to provide services, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill other legitimate purposes.
  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process subscriptions and payments. Stripe processes payment information and related transaction information according to its own privacy practices and applicable financial and legal requirements. Stripe states that certain personal and transaction information may be retained after a transaction or account ends when necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or financial-reporting purposes. Vidsmia does not store your complete payment-card number.
  • fal.ai: We use fal.ai as AI infrastructure for video generation. fal.ai receives the prompts and generation parameters necessary to generate requested videos. fal.ai's current privacy policy states that information associated with a fal.ai account is generally deleted within 30 days after account closure, subject to its policy and applicable exceptions. Its terms also explain that customer input is processed to provide AI services and that AI output may not be unique.
  • Supabase: We use Supabase for application data storage and database infrastructure. Our Supabase database may contain account-linked generation records, usage information, subscription information, generation prompts/settings, internal job identifiers, and generated-video URLs.
  • Vercel: We use Vercel to host and operate portions of Vidsmia's backend infrastructure. Vercel may process technical information associated with requests and maintain logs or other infrastructure data according to its applicable policies. Vercel states that information is generally retained for the minimum period necessary for legal, contractual, security, business, and other legitimate purposes and that certain information may remain securely stored in backups after deletion.
  • Expo / EAS: Vidsmia is built and distributed using Expo-related development and application services. Expo states that, when acting as a processor for application developers, it may process end-user data on the developer's behalf. Expo also states that EAS build logs and artifacts are generally retained for 90 days and that backups are deleted 90 days after creation.
  • Google and Apple: If you choose Google or Apple authentication, the applicable authentication provider may provide account information to Clerk and Vidsmia as necessary to complete authentication. Their respective privacy practices also apply to information they process independently.
  • Google Play Billing: For Android users in the United States, Vidsmia uses Google Play's External Content Links (ECL) program. Google Play Billing Library generates an external transaction token to correlate purchases made on Vidsmia's web checkout with the Android app. Google receives transaction reporting for service fee calculation purposes per the ECL program terms.

7. Advertising and Analytics

  • Vidsmia does not currently sell personal information.
  • Vidsmia does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising.
  • The current version of Vidsmia does not intentionally use services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or Sentry to build advertising or behavioral profiles of users.

We may maintain operational and diagnostic server logs necessary to run and secure the Service.

If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Vidsmia mobile application does not intentionally use advertising cookies.

Third-party services used to operate authentication, billing, hosting, or other portions of the Service may use cookies or similar technologies within their own services or websites according to their respective policies.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Vidsmia, operate and secure the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Vidsmia Application Data

  • Generation records (prompts, settings, video URLs, job identifiers): retained for 30 days from creation, then automatically deleted.
  • Usage records (monthly generation counts, unit consumption): retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted.
  • Subscription and account records: retained while your account remains active, unless you delete applicable history sooner or request account deletion.
  • Generation history (prompts, settings, video URLs stored for history): retained while your account remains active, unless you delete applicable history sooner.

When you delete your Vidsmia account, we initiate deletion of the Vidsmia account data described in our account-deletion process.

Third-Party Retention

Deleting your Vidsmia account does not necessarily cause immediate deletion of information independently retained by third-party providers.

For example:

  • Stripe may retain payment and transaction information when required for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
  • fal.ai has its own retention rules and states that account-associated personal information is generally deleted within 30 days after account closure, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Vercel may retain certain information in backups after deletion.
  • Other providers may retain information according to their own applicable policies, agreements, legal obligations, or backups.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your Vidsmia account through the account-deletion functionality provided by Vidsmia. We also provide an external web mechanism for requesting account deletion.

When an account-deletion request is successfully processed, we generally:

  1. Cancel an active paid subscription where applicable.
  2. Delete the user's Vidsmia generation records.
  3. Delete applicable usage records.
  4. Delete the user's Vidsmia subscription record.
  5. Delete the user's account through our authentication provider (Clerk).
  6. Clear applicable locally stored Vidsmia application data (including generation history stored in AsyncStorage).
  7. Sign the user out of Vidsmia.

Some information may remain with third parties where they are legally or contractually required or permitted to retain it.

Videos independently saved to your device's photo or media library are not deleted by Vidsmia's account-deletion process.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Request information about how personal information is processed
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request portability of certain information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Submit a complaint to a relevant privacy or data-protection authority

These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.

To submit a privacy request, contact: admin@golivedeal.com

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

11. Children's Privacy

Vidsmia is not directed to children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Vidsmia in violation of applicable law, contact us at admin@golivedeal.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. International Data Transfers

Vidsmia and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live, including the United States.

When required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Because Vidsmia relies on third-party infrastructure providers, information may be processed in locations determined by those providers' infrastructure and applicable agreements.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.

Our current security measures include:

  • Authentication through Clerk
  • Authenticated backend API requests
  • Authorization checks tied to the authenticated user
  • HTTPS/TLS for production network communications

  • Input validation
  • Rate limiting for generation requests
  • Database authorization and parameterized queries
  • Transactional database operations for usage and generation accounting
  • Idempotency protections for generation requests
  • Environment-based handling of server secrets

However, no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Data Breaches

If we determine that a security incident involving personal information requires notification under applicable law, we will provide notices as required by that law.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the App, our website, email, or another appropriate method where required.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
